"So what did you think of my new story, Johnny?"

"I think it is good, but you use the terms globe and orb when you mean sphere."

"They all mean a solid circle object so it doesn't really matter, does it?"

"Here is a globe I took from your library. It is of the Earth and you have globes of the Moon and Mars. A globe is a sphere and it is a map of a planet."

"I know it is called a globe, but I thought all round objects could be called globe."

"An orb is what they call celestial objects like planets, stars, suns and moons. They can be spheres although some aren't."

"You're wrong, smarty pants. Many royal families have orbs as part of their jewels."

"That is because they represent the planet Earth. That is why they are called orbs."

"They didn't know the Earth was round until Columbus' time."

"Actually, that is a misconception of the truth. Most knew the Earth was round but they did think it was in the middle of their Universe."

"OK, I will just use sphere to describe crystal balls. Anything else about the story you think I should change?"

"Hey, you asked me to critique your story and I did. And I do think you should never write a sex scene again in your stories. Come on, who says words like man thing? The only Man Thing I know is the comic book character. It sounded like a twelve year old wrote it."

"Sex sells and I put in a few sex scenes. I figured I would use other words so it was erotic and not graphic."

"Well, it wasn't erotic but it was hilarious. My ten year old couldn't stop laughing after he read it."

"It wasn't meant for younger people."

"I don't want to argue you on that point. Just don't write those sex scenes any more. Also, you can get rid of all time travel elements in your stories. I still don't know if it all took place in the past or the future or now."

"I tried to have a bit of fun with time travel but I will concede that point as it even confuses me. And I wrote it."

"Other than that it was good. I just wouldn't buy it."

"Wait a minute. If it was good, then you would want to buy it. That is the point. Otherwise, it isn't that good."

"OK, good enough for a quick read and a laugh, but not good enough to purchase using real money. Is that better?"

"Not really. I guess I have a lot of work to do before I publish my memoirs."

"Yes, but there is hope yet. Maybe I can help you write things like the sex scenes."

"You are such a good friend, Johnny. I guess you can help me with parts of the book. And considering your son is you at a younger age but is being raised by you as an adult, I think it can be helpful in the time travel parts of the story. How is that for complicated?"

"Ha, ha, ha. Very funny. Now give me some paper and a pen."

A different style of story here. I figured I would have a little fun with it.
