I found this website to less pretentious than I anticipated from someone of her calliber.

So with out due I am throwing in a nice DETOX cleanse for those of you that may be interested in detoxing your body before any winter to spring / summer workouts. Or if you are just trying to remain healthy. Works for that too.

Thank you for sharing that. I may look into this as a way of getting back some of my health.

I also want to be in better shape as summer approaches. I know I can lose the weight and have done so when I needed surgery. I can get lazy, but when I put my mind to it I know I can lose the weight.

Good luck on you weight loss.

Thank you! I got mad last night at my boyfriend went on a nice walk.. started thinking about the situation got even more mad and ended up jogging a mile out of anger.. if I'm calm that would never happen I'd be on the ground signaling for a paramedic!

I went home and was in a better mood. Very Happy

My problem is bread.

I love fresh bread, could eat a loaf of good French bread at a sitting. pig

So for me, no bread or starches. No

I also love fresh baked bread. Save me the heels and I will be a happy camper! (I also love to put real butter on it, not that fake vegetable oil!)
