It does seem like I have been taking too many vitamins lately. I take the daily types that contain almost everything. I also take fish oil (omega something) for my heart as well as brain. Gingko is also taken for memory and now I am taking potassium because of terrible leg cramps at night. One thing I can say is these are rather expensive when I have to stock up. The good news is most come in 300 tablet supplies so I don't have to buy them all the time.
I try to eat more bananas when I can, but I don't get to the store that often and bananas tend to go bad quite quickly.
As I said in the earlier post, it is up to each individual to decide what is best for them. I did take quinine for the leg cramps, but they have some nasty side effects on some people. I unfortunately am one of those who get the side effects.
