How to heal anger? how to stop being mad at things you cannot control?

They do have Chinese stress balls which have chimes in them that are supposed to help one calm down. I have a few and they seem to work when I get a bit hot under the collar.
Another thing is take a day off (sick) from work and go to an aquarium or somewhere soothing to get away from it all for a day. (The sick day can be justified if your only other option is to take it out on the co-workers.)
I hope you find something to help relieve the stress.

I am off two days in September like 2 weeks from now. This week is so busy I wish I could take off.

Another thing is our pets who won't criticize us. Sitting back with a dog or cat on your lap relaxing can be the best medicine out there. I always joke they don't earn their keep, but they love us and that is all that matters.

I so agree about our pets. Friday after work I was fit to be tied and had such a pain in my stomach!
I went out in the yard and played ball with my doggie and before I knew it, the pain was gone!
Of course as soon as I got to work today it came back. Go figure.
