There was a time when most local TV markets had a host of horror movies shown on Friday or Saturday nights. They would sometimes act scary or other times do corny jokes and acts. Svengoolie is one of them who is still around today. Based in Chicago, his show is aired on MeTV and can be seen in many areas.

Many classic films plus grade Z horror from the 1950s and 1960s is showcased here. Every once in a while they get a true scary movie, but most are the usual laughable turkeys.
Mr Koz also tells a lot of trivia about the movies and the actors who starred in them. For those who remember, or others who want to find out what they were like, Svengoolie is a fun watch.
